Victim Witness Manager

Victim Assistance Programs - Irvine/Court Centers/Hybrid. F/T, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support the Program Director with the Victim Assistance Programs Restitution Department including coordination with the Orange County Superior Court for the collection of restitution.
• Supervision of Law Enforcement Based Advocacy Team.
• Supports Program Director and On-Site Supervisors with on-boarding of the new staff and interns for all court centers.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral science, criminal justice, or related field.
• Experience with restitution collection or processing.
• Experience overseeing projects with compliance requirements preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, project management proficiency, and proven leadership ability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay range: $6,315.00 - $6,800 monthly
