Facility Supervisor (YOW and CCFSP)

Youthful Offender Wraparound and Collaborative Courts FSPs – Fountain Valley. F/T, Mon. - Fri. (8hrs) or Mon. - Thurs. (10 hrs.) On-site position, eligible for 4/10 schedule after 90-day training period.

Responsibilities Include:

• Orient youth to site resources, develops and implements positive enrichment activities to enhance life skills, oversee community service projects and event planning, and maintains daily operation of the site.
• Assist youth in acquiring healthy social skills and independent living skills to reduce recidivism and promote success, safety, and permanence in the home, school, workforce and community.
• Supervise staff stationed at the Guidance Center and outside partner providers who provide services through the facility.
• On-site position and is eligible for a 4/10 schedule after a 90-day training period.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Sciences or related field.
• 1-2 years of related experience working with people in a human service or criminal justice system setting.
• Knowledge of at-risk youth population.
• Demonstrates the ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population with sensitivity and respect.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.

Starting pay range: $5,723 - $6,010 monthly
