Development Coordinator (CORP/ADMIN)

DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Corporate Administration - Irvine. F/T. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (occasionally variable).
Responsibilities include:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising efforts to advance the mission of the organization.
- This role plays a key part in donor stewardship, event support, grant coordination, and campaign execution.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in nonprofit management, communications, fundraising, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; graphic design or social media experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with donor databases (e.g., Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, or Salesforce) a plus.
- Passion for mission and values of the organization.
Starting pay range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
