Quality Assurance Specialist (CCFSP)

Quality Assurance Specialist (Collaborative Courts FSP - Irvine – F/T. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Hybrid schedule available after the training period.

Responsibilities Include:

• Verify clients’ Medi-Cal Insurance eligibility on monthly basis.
• Complete a technical review of personal health information against a master client database.
• Provide data entry of diagnostic codes and demographic details into software program.
• Prepare invoices for third party payers for billable charges and reconciles insurance charges for each client monthly.
• Provide administrative support to the program as needed.

Requirements Include:

• HS Diploma required, College Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience in a professional office environment with general knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications (MS Word and Excel) and standard office procedures.
• Must be able maintain strict confidentiality.
• Hybrid schedule available after the training period.
• Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements and a clean driving record.

Pay rate: $25.75 hourly
