Office Specialist (TEMPORARY)
Location: Irvine, CA, United States
OFFICE SPECIALIST (TEMPORARY)
**Corporate Administration – Irvine. TEMPORARY for approximately 3+ months. F/T, Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities Include:
- General clerical, administrative, and receptionist tasks for the Corporate Office.
- Greet visitors, answer and screen phone calls and voicemails, and relay messages.
- Complete reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Receive and distribute mail.
- Restock breakroom and office supplies.
- Assist with conference room set up before/after meetings.
- Clean, organize, and maintain front desk area to be welcoming at all times.
- Completes various types of administrative tasks to support various programs within agency.
Requirements Include:
- High school diploma.
- Working knowledge of clerical tasks and personal computer applications with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- 1 year related experience in a clerical position.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse population with sensitivity and respect.
Starting pay range: $20.00 per hour
