FSP Supervisor
Youthful Offender Wraparound - Irvine. F/T, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm. Must be available for 24/7 for after-hours crisis. Hybrid work schedule available.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversees the service delivery of mental health rehabilitation and case management, facilitates weekly treatment team meetings, provides interventions covering suicide assessment and crisis stabilization, developing safety plans, maintaining healthy boundaries, reporting child abuse, dealing with difficult clients, meeting facilitation with outside partners, medication plans, identification of strengths, promoting life skills and other related topics.
- This position conducts clinical assessments, develops treatment plans for consumers and their family, tracks progress, addresses barriers, and documents all services.
- Oversees direct service staffs’ implementation of the treatment plan, updates the clinical assessment at 90 day intervals, and provides training on mental health issues.
Requirements Include:
- Masters degree in psychology, social work or related discipline and license eligible
- 2-4 years experience in the field. Licensed as MFT/LCSW/LPCC preferred.
- Current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences required.
- Must be available for after-hours crisis support.
- Must obtain and maintain LPS designation for 5585/5150 assessments.
Salary Range: $6,951 - $7,282 monthly
