Director of Human Resources (CORP)

Corporate Admin. – Irvine. F/T, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities Include:

This position is a pivotal leadership role integral to fostering a positive workplace culture throughout the organization. As Director of Human Resources you would work in coordination with the Chief Officers and the HR team to oversee ongoing development and implementation of:

• Employee programs including Recruitment
• Compensation and Benefits
• Payroll
• Legal Compliance
• New Employee Orientation
• Performance Management and Employee Relations
• Safety Compliance
• Employee Recognition and Retention
• Staff and Leadership Training
• Employee Engagement and internal agency communication.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of human resource management experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively lead and supervise a team, proven expertise in problem solving, and hold strict confidentiality.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of California labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in, or ability to learn, UKG Ready, and strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet research, Outlook, and standard office procedures.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Starting Pay Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
