Anti-Trafficking Coordinator
Victim Assistance Programs – Human Trafficking. Irvine. F/T, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate and support the communication regarding response to victims of human trafficking in Northern California through the Victim/Witness jurisdictions designated by the Northern California Coalition to Safeguard Communities (NCCSC), as called upon by law enforcement and victim service partners.
- Communicate between law enforcement, prosecutors and victim service agencies working with human trafficking victims.
- Collaborate with system based and community-based victim service providers, law enforcement and other allied partners to improve immediate and long-term response when working with survivors of human trafficking.
Requirements Include
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, criminal justice, or related field and a basic knowledge of the criminal justice system and victimology.
- Two years of related experience including administrative skills, working with people in a position involving the provision of victim services, peer counseling, and equivalent social skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural/ethnic diversity of the service population and to be sensitive to the needs of special populations.
- Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, satisfactory driving record, and a reliable automobile.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Starting pay: $23.65 - $26.02 per hour
