Training Coordinator (Human Trafficking)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate statewide Human Trafficking trainings

  • Work in conjunction with collaborative partners and statewide subject matter experts in order to ensure that development and implementation of training is accomplished in a timely manner

  • Coordination of the training projects will be conducted with an emphasis directed toward coordinating with the training team, working with curriculum developers, and maintaining training curriculum

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral science, criminal justice, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of the criminal justice system, victimology, and/or human trafficking

  • Experience providing coordination for trainings, community events, educational workshops, and/or administrative functions

  • Training facilitation experience is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and transport training materials/ equipment to training locations

  • Must be available for statewide travel up to 25% of the year

  • Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, and a satisfactory driving record and possession of a reliable automobile
