Full Service Partnership Supervisor

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the direct service staff and facilitate weekly case coordination meetings

  • Provide training, including suicide assessment and crisis intervention, developing safety plans, maintaining healthy boundaries, reporting child abuse, dealing with difficult clients, meeting facilitation and medication, confidentiality, identification of strengths, and promoting life skills

  • Conduct clinical assessments in the client's home and develop care plans for consumers and their family

  • Oversee implementation of the plan, update the plan at 6 month and annual intervals

  • Provide training on mental health issues

  • Supervise direct staff

  • Review progress notes and update the master treatment plan


Qualification and Skill Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work with the majority of licensure hours completed

  • Possession of a current associate number with BBS (MFT/LCSW). LMFT or LCSW preferred

  • 2 years’ experience counseling adolescents, families, and transitional age youth ages 18-25 preferred

  • Knowledge of theory and experience with techniques of individual, family, and group dynamics, behavioral interventions, substance abuse, crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches

  • Demonstrate ability to work with multicultural and diverse populations with sensitivity and respect

  • Must be available for after-hours emergencies with 24/7 capability for consultation

  • Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, and a satisfactory driving record and possession of a reliable automobile
