SUPERVISOR (Victim Assistance Programs-Admin)

Victim Assistance Program - Admin - Santa Ana.  F/T, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the administrative support component of Victim Assistance Programs.

  • Supervising Administration support staff.

  • Administration of Victims’ Emergency Fund and discretionary fund.

  • Orientation for new Victim Assistance Programs’ staff.

  • Coordination of staff travel, maintenance of the Therapist Referral List, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Basic understanding of the criminal justice system and/or victimology preferred.

  • 1-2 years related experience, supervisory experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of administrative and technical skills, thorough knowledge of standard office procedures and Microsoft Office computer applications.

  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of the diverse client population.

  • Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, and a reliable automobile.
