Quality Assurance Specialist (TAY CRP)

Location: Tustin, US - California


Tustin. P/T. 20 hours Monday-Friday between 9-6. Flexibility to cover weekends & evenings as needed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Verify clients’ Medi-Cal eligibility on a weekly basis, complete a technical review of personal health information against a master database.

  • Provide data entry of diagnostic codes and demographic details into software program.

  • Prepare invoices for third-party payers for billable charges.

  • Reconcile insurance charges for each client monthly.

  • Provide reception and telephone support to the program. T

  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director, House Supervisor, and Licensed Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma (college degree preferred)

  • 1-3 years related experience in a professional office environment.

  • Working knowledge of computer applications (Word and Excel) and standard office procedures.

  • Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with a multicultural and diverse population with sensitivity and respect.

  • Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, and a reliable autobilmoe.
