OFFICE SPECIALIST (Families First)

Santa Ana. F/T. Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform general clerical tasks with emphasis on answering phones, greeting clients, quality control of program documents, processing purchase orders, data entry and reconciliation of data, supply ordering, coordination with IT services.

  • Assist the staff and/or public by researching resources, returning calls, answering questions, and clarifying information about the program.


Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma.

  • Working knowledge of clerical tasks and personal computer application.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • 1-year related administrative experience.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse population with sensitivity and respect.

  • Valid California driver’s license, reliable automobile, and liability insurance.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
