Licensed Clinical Supervisor (TAY CRP)

Location: Tustin, CA, United States


– F/T. (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, after hours as needed for crisis consult).

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide direct services and documentation for up to 6 clients including assessment, individual, collateral and group therapy and discharge planning during a three-week stay.

  • Provide evidence based services and best practices training to 2-4 trainees/associates, conducts weekly clinical supervision addressing issues pertaining to consumers, their treatment, consumer and staff safety, professional and legal ethics, staff resiliency, conflict resolution.

  • Conduct outreach and engagement with referral sources; provide clinical supervisory review of intern documentation; establish positive working relationships with court, police, probation, schools, county, and provide community education and outreach.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.

  • Possession of a current clinical license (LMFT/LCSW).

  • Ability to provide clinical supervision per Board of Behavioral Services requirements.

  • Knowledge of theory and techniques of individual, family, and group dynamics, as well as substance abuse issues.

  • Requires experience in crisis management.

  • Ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population with sensitivity and respect.

  • Clinical supervision and Medi-Cal/DMH documentation experience is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
