FSP Supervisor (YOW)

Location: Santa Ana, CA, United States

 FSP SUPERVISOR (Youthful Offender Wraparound - Santa Ana)

– F/T. (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, On-Call 24/7 for crisis support).

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the direct service staff providing case management and mental health rehabilitation, facilitate case coordination meetings with external partners, provide support covering crisis intervention, develop clinical treatment plans, report child/dependent/elder abuse, identify client strengths, and implement age-appropriate coping and life skills.

  • Conduct clinical assessments in the community and update treatment plans at 6 month and annual intervals.

  • Strong clinical knowledge, creativity, innovation and energy.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s Degree in psychology, social work or related discipline and license eligible with 2-4 years experience in the field.

  • Licensed as LMFT or LCSW preferred.

  • Ability to establish rapport, make accurate assessment of the youth/family’s needs and strengths, and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population with sensitivity and respect.

  • Requires knowledge of theory and techniques of individual, family, and group dynamics, as well as substance abuse issues and other co-occurring disorders.

  • Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

  • Current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences required.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

  • Must be available for after-hours emergencies with 24/7 capability to respond via agency issued cell phone.
