Business Manager (Corporate Administration)

Location: Santa Ana, CA, United States


– F/T. (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise administrative support staff, using a combination of required work experience and a dedication to teamwork

  • Oversee general administration, facilities, purchasing, and IT services that are integral to the success of every program in the agency

  • Administrative service functions include, but are not limited to: reception, mailroom, purchasing, facilities maintenance coordination, insurance-related matters, and general support as required

  • Coordinate IT services

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field

  • Experience with non-profit administration preferred

  • 3-5 years related experience in a professional office environment, including facilities management, purchasing, reception/mailroom management, and IT service coordination

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email software programs and standard office procedures

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, detail orientation, analytical, multi-tasking, stress-and-workload management, and verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population with sensitivity and respect

  • Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
