Full Service Partnership Supervisor (YOW)

Location: Santa Ana, CA, United States

FULL SERVICE PARTNERSHIP SUPERVISOR (Santa Ana) – F/T.  (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, on-call 24/7 for crisis support).

Responsibilities include:

  • Incorporate a whatever-it-takes approach to support youth ages 12-25 whose mental health symptoms have brought them in contact with the juvenile justice system

  • Oversee the direct service staff providing case management and mental health rehabilitation, facilitate case coordination meetings with external partners, provide support covering crisis intervention, develop clinical treatment plans, report child/dependent/elder abuse, identify client strengths, and implement age-appropriate coping and life skills

  • Conduct clinical assessments in the community and update treatment plans at six month and annual intervals

  • Strong clinical knowledge, creativity, innovation and energy


 

  • Requirements include:


 

  • Masters degree in psychology, social work or related discipline

  • License eligible with 2-4 years experience in the field

  • Licensed as MFT or LCSW preferred

  • Ability to establish rapport, make accurate assessment of the youth/family’s needs and strengths, and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population with sensitivity and respect

  • Knowledge of theory and techniques of individual, family, and group dynamics, as well as substance abuse issues and other co-occurring disorders

  • Current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences

  • Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record

  • Must be available for on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies with 24/7 capability

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
