Case Manager II (OC GRIP)

Location: Santa Ana, CA, United States

CASE MANAGER II (Santa Ana/Orange County) – F/T. (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Evenings and Weekends based on community events and client needs).

Responsibilities include:

  • Assess for risk and protective factors of behaviors that indicate an interest in or involvement with gang activity and juvenile delinquency for each referred youth and their family

  • Create an action plan for every participant, in a prevention and/or intervention component of GRIP which includes: Self-Esteem and Gang Awareness Curriculum, weekly case management services, as well as, Student Intervention Sessions (Meet-Ups), Strike Team Meetings for those needing more support from the collaborative

  • Provide information and referral assistance, collect data and coordinate services with other GRIP Team Members in the collaborative


Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, counseling, social work or one of the social behavioral sciences

  • Background with adolescents or the juvenile justice system

  • Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
