Supervisor (North Justice Center)

Location: Fullerton, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Supervisor responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day operation of the program center

  • Supervise staff and volunteers providing services to crime victims and witnesses

  • Respond to victims of crime and their families to mitigate the impact of the victimization and/or case investigation and court appearance


Supervisor requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral science, criminal justice, or related field and a thorough knowledge of the criminal justice system and victimology

  • 1-3 years of experience in a position involving the provision of victim services, peer counseling, equivalent social skills, and program administration

  • Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural/ethnic diversity of the service population and to be sensitive to the needs of special populations

  • Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
