Supervisor (Human Trafficking)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, on-call rotation for 24-hour response and emergency calls

Supervisor responsibilities include:

  • Provide assistance to victims of human trafficking to mitigate the impact of victimization

  • Respond to client emergencies and to calls from law enforcement and through the National Human Trafficking Hotline


Supervisor requirements include:

  • Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related discipline

  • Licensed as MFT or LCSW preferred

  • Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work with and demonstrate sensitivity and respect to the multicultural/ethnic diversity of the service population and to be sensitive to the needs of special populations

  • Ability to establish rapport and make accurate assessment of client needs and strengths

  • Knowledge of theory and experience with techniques of individual, family, group dynamics, behavioral interventions, crisis intervention, trauma-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches preferred

  • Knowledge/experience working with victims of human trafficking and/or knowledgeable of the dynamics of power, control, and the cycle of violence preferred

  • Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
