Full Service Partnership Supervisor (Collaborative Courts FSP)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Full Service Partnership Supervisor responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the service delivery of mental health rehabilitation and case management

  • Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings

  • Provide training on mental health issues and interventions covering suicide assessment, crisis stabilization, developing safety plans, maintaining health boundaries, reporting child abuse, dealing with difficult clients, meeting facilitation with outside partners, medication plans, identification of strengths, promoting life skills, and other related topics

  • Conduct clinical assessments in the client's home and develop treatment plans for consumers and their family

  • Track progress, address barriers, and document all services

  • Oversee direct service staffs' implementation of the treatment plan

  • Update the clinical assessment at 6-month and annual intervals

Full Service Partnership Supervisor requirements include:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work with the majority of licensure hours completed

  • Possession of a current associate number with BBS (MFT/CSW). LMFT or LCSW preferred

  • 2-4 years’ experience in the field

  • Knowledge of theory and experience with techniques of individual, family, and group dynamics, behavioral interventions, substance abuse, crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches

  • Demonstrate ability to work with multicultural and diverse populations with sensitivity and respect

  • Must be available for after-hours emergencies with 24/7 capability for consultation

  • Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, and a satisfactory driving record and possession of a reliable automobile

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
