Service Coordinator (Collaborative Courts FSP)

Location: Santa Ana, California

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm; Must be available for after-hours emergencies with 24/7 capability to respond via agency issued cell phone

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home case management services to youth and their families involved with the collaborative court system

  • Assist the client/family to access and utilize resources, increase positive influence and decrease negative behavioral issues

  • Implement service plans to promote success, safety, and permanence in the home, school, workforce, and community

  • Coordinate services among all members of the team using a “what-ever-it-takes” approach

  • Provide daily written progress reports


Qualification and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work or related discipline

  • 1-2 years’ experience in the field. Ability to establish rapport and make accurate assessment of the family’s needs

  • Good written and communication skills

  • Ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population

  • Must be available for after-hours emergencies with 24/7 capability to respond via agency issued cell phone

  • Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, and a satisfactory driving record and possession of a reliable automobile

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
