Quality Assurance Specialist (CCFSP)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Verify clients’ Medi-Cal eligibility on a monthly basis

  • Complete technical review of personal health information against master database

  • Provide data entry of diagnostic codes and demographic details into software programs

  • Prepare invoices for third party payers for billable charges and reconcile insurance charges for enrolled clients monthly

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Supervisor

Quality Assurance Specialist requirements include:

  • High School diploma required, College Degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of related experience in a professional office environment with general knowledge of data entry procedures

  • Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of computer applications (Word and Excel) and standard office procedures

  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
