Program Coordinator (Project PATH)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with the Program Supervisor and Program Director to oversee the coordination, facilitation and direction concerning a new state-wide family violence prevention campaign

  • Coordinates all procedures concerning campaign activities, including campaign and communication plan development, statewide community outreach, strategic planning, and monitoring campaign activities

  • Manage project plans, implementation, data collection and monthly reporting


Qualifications and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science or related field

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of health promotion theories and prevention strategies

  • 2-3 years of related experience in developing and implementing public health campaigns, including research, and material development

  • 2-3 years of related experience in collaborating with community partners, and community outreach

  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural/ethnic diversity of the service population and the needs of special populations

  • Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, and a satisfactory driving record, and a reliable automobile
